Founder
Ali Fogg is the founder of My Cultural Life. With a background in both the creative and the linguistic, she is happiest when exercising the whole of her brain. Arts-wise, she likes doing as well as looking and finds that one leads to the other ... if you let it.
“It dawned on me one night that, although I had always considered myself a bit of an arty type, most of my social life had ended up down the pub. I thought this was a bit of a waste given that London has got so much else going on. My usual social circles didn’t really share my enthusiasm for the arts so, as a New Year’s resolution, I decided to take positive action and start the club that I wanted to join.
Since then My Cultural Life has become the focus of hundreds of other people's resolutions too and helps them to discover or rediscover a cultural aspect to their life. It's too easy in London to do work-pub-work - MCL can give you the nudge you need to do something different sometimes.”
Hosts
My Cultural Life has around fifteen regular hosts whose job it is to make each outing run smoothly and make everyone feel welcome. They always do their best to ensure some added value for our members, whether in the form of discounted tickets, a private tour or the best table in the house.

Of course, the most important people to our club are our members, who breathe life into our outings and events and make the My Cultural Life experience such a happy one.
